Day 298 – Fleeting Wind

Regrets are something of the past, nevertheless her mind torments her so that they last. See, she know what it’s like to challenge her mind. Yet she reminds herself to be strong. And, damn, she has been forced to keep trudging along. Yet her stupidity allowed her to wallow in pity for far too long.

I do not pity her. Neither should you.

She is not someone you need to love. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it. Because she has an overcapacity of patience, and if you take advantage of her, she will allow it. She wants nothing more than to be heard, and yet they silence her.

I do not pity her. Neither should you.

She takes glances in the mirror, wondering what was done wrong, and to be honest, she knows the answer. Holding on to something meant to be broken, she held tight to a rope. Ready to snap.

I do not pity her. Neither should you.

So I say, leave her be. You have nothing to offer her, for she cannot be seen. You have nothing to heal her, though her wounds remain unclean. So let her float away… she is nothing but the wind fleeting the scene.
