Day 262 – Varietal

Leave a comment

What a nice, tall glass
Filled with a familiar fragrance
Ready to wash down the day
Many are more than grateful
For the grape-filled vines
That chase each other through the summer
Until luscious fruit reveal themselves
Still, the fruit anticipate their end
But are proud to be part of
A blend of class;
Part of a most precise science…
Would you care for a glass?
